Inadequte Frame

Come so far from feeling so good,
It's amazing how quick things change,
Just when feeling alright,
Along comes the next frame.

Confidence once so high,
Suddenly drops, leaving me dry,
Emotions scattered all over the show,
Inadequate, not good enough,
Will I ever know?

Ups and downs have their place,
Messing up lifes order and such,
Annoying as they are, just remember,
There's someone out there who Loves you SO much.
